I started programming when I was eighteen. The first programming book I ever bought was a C++ book, and that’s where I learned the fundamentals. From there, I moved into web development, building websites with PHP alongside HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Later, I shifted my focus to mobile development, first with Cordova and Ionic, and eventually with Flutter. During that time, I built a variety of mobile applications, including a mobile application builder for my employer. Along the way, I also worked with backend technologies such as Go and Node.js and explored many other languages, frameworks, and tools.
A few years ago, I decided to pursue what had interested me all along: game development. That decision brought me back to the language where my programming journey began: C++. Today, I’m building my own game engine while working toward my first game.
Outside of programming, I enjoy philosophy and fiction writing. Both have influenced the way I think about games, from the systems that make them work to the stories they can tell.
